The food and restaurants at the property were great! The staffing at the restaurants was friendly and very customer service oriented. However the casino staff was terrible. The dealers were unfriendly and seemed to possess no customer service skills. The cocktail waitresses were rude and failed to bring correct drinks. Example, we were drinking water and the hostesses constantly forgot to bring water despite a 2 dollar tip we provided for previous waters. After 20 minutes we were so fed up that we went to Ceasers and had a great time. Caesar’s staff was the benchmark for a great customer experience. We will look into staying at Caesar’s on our next trip.
