Casino resort on the Las Vegas Strip

The hotel was decent, and the price we paid was appropriate value, but it felt dated. There was nothing unique about the hotel to set it apart from others.
Realizing that is a Las Vegas "thing" now, this hotel charges a resort fee in addition to the room rate. I knew this going in, so am not upset; it's just a way to make the rate seem lower while still getting a rate they expect. It is, however, a bit ludicrous to think that there was a resort experience that I would have as a guest. There was nothing we were able to do over and above anybody else walking in off the street to gamble or dine at the restaurants.
