Don't stay here

As soon as I got to our 1st room, I was disappointed. It had 2 beds instead of the king I had requested, and no coffee pot, mini fridge or other little amenities you find in rooms now a days. I called the desk and the clerk said, " since I booked thru a 3rd party that it is the hotels prerogative as to what room I get" she also informed me they did not have a king rm till the next day. At this point it was just an inconvenience I could deal with. While in this rm I found someone's worn false eyelash stuck to my husbands sock, dead bugs, dog food on the floor and the pictures has dried stuff running down them. The next morning we left our bags with the bellhop and the front desk said they would call when the new room was ready. I got the call around 2 in the afternoon and got back to the hotel around 4.I had to stand in a really long line just to find they screwed up again and that I wouldn't have another room for about another hour. It took 2. Next morning woke to flooded bathroom. Main sewer line broke.(8th floor)from construction above. the bellhop who came to get our bags notice the previous sticker and asked about it he called and had a manager mee us downstairs. She comped us our resort fee, $50 in food, and room upgrade to an executive suite (not much of a upgrade) and day passes to the spa (also not much of a perk) this day was a major inconvenience for me because I had somewhere to be and had to vacate my room right out of bed. There is more but out of space

Our front desk team works diligently to fulfill every guests request, we apologize we were unable to provide a king bed upon your arrival. As a full service hotel, we do not provide coffee makers in our rooms, but we do offer a variety of coffee options such as Fuel Café, in-room dining, and our Juice Bar. Upon request, we do offer mini fridges for a standard fee. We apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced with the room, your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping managers to address with their team.
