Not what I expected

The room was clean enough, we were staying at the paradise tower with a pool view wich it was great but to get to the casino or the pool we have to go around the complete hotel . The restaurants in the hotel offer a really decent food we loved pink tacos,butt the staff at the pool/pool party very rude specially the security gard at the entrance other thing we hated is the to travel to pool to pool you have to go into the casino all wet when you could easily just walk a cuple steps we will use other hotel in ur next visit to vegas

Very nice room in HRH tower

Pros: Very nice rooms and staff customer support.
Cons: The pools are excellent. The hotel rules regarding unannounced closures of various pools for unexplained reasons was extremely annoying.
Hotel is oriented towards younger guests is terms of interior furnishings, appointments and music. We were upgraded to the HRH Tower and our room was very nice. Contact with staff was pleasant.

Rockin Time!

Great casino, cafe has the best breakfast bagel sandwhich I have ever had! Took a pic with the Stanley Cup!! Where else could I have done that! Great time.

Like many resorts throughout the country and in Las Vegas, we do charge a nightly resort fee. The Resort Fee is a wonderful package which grants our hotel guest’s access to the Fitness Center, shuttle service from the Hard Rock to the Fashion Show Mall during designated business hours, parking, notary service, daily newspaper, printing of boarding passes, Wi-Fi, unlimited local, long distance, and toll-free calls. Great place for a quiet unwind!

We stayed for the 2016 NHL Awards. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival - so nice with a beautiful view of the pools which were one of my highlights. The casino & hotel was smaller than we expected but that made it even more enjoyable- no crazy strip crowds!! The dining options & quality of food was amazing. When we need a getaway just to unwind & relax, this is a spot we would choose again!

Hard Rock Hotel

The experience of the hotel was good overall. I didn't expect the resort fees, which was a bit of a buzz kill to be honest. However, the staff were friendly and responsive. The crowd of the hotel was younger as well, so if you're under 40 and want to meet other younger people, this hotel is for you.

Room very warm with inefficient AC. Called two different times for towels, got none one time and got a bag with toilet paper and tissues the other time. Construction right outside our window early morning on hotel property. Staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful (just inefficient with requests for towels)!
