Excellent customer service from the second you step in the door! Treated me as a customer, something that many have forgotten to do! Excellent rooms and the place looks like it recently was remodeled because it is in superb condition! I travel allot out of El Paso and have stayed in most of the hotels here near the airport, I should have came here a long time ago! This is a hotel in a different class of excellence! Superb service!!

Though I didn't take advantage of them, this hotel has massage chairs. The room is tiny. Not enough space for my things in the bathroom.
