While close to the I-25, it was surprising quiet in the room. Not a fault of the hotel, but the guests seem to feel they are the only people in the hotel and slam doors and run up and down the hallway. It is conveniently located to NMSU and Old Town Las Cruces.

Decent Hotel for the price

Pros: location was ideal for our visit
Cons: Updating the rooms, remove wallpaper, make sure things are working before customer reaches room. Room key took four tries before it opened the door.
Location: Hotel location is ideal for visiting the colleges in area. Real Estate seems reasonable. Many mountain trails to hike and stores for shopping.
Very good location for visiting Burrell College, or NMSU in Las Cruces NM. Hotel clean but needs updating and calking in some areas. Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels. Refrigerator didn't work, but called front desk and they came with replacement right away. Indoor pool was pleasantly heated. Staff pleasant and helpful. Free Wifi. Continental breakfast was included and decent for a quick meal to get out the door, area kept clean.
