The service is excellent. The hotel is beautiful.

Very friendly staff. Beautifully designed hotel. The pool, fitness center and living room (quiet area for coffee) are all excellent. The boutique has a great collection of clothing and jewelry. Graze is a gorgeous setting for breakfast. We had a wonderful stay.

Four Seasons Hotel, Palm Beach

Pros: Amazing location and grounds.
Cons: More detail to the rooms and a chef that is worthy of this hotel rating
Location: Palm Beach is within 15 minutes of the hotel on A1A. Great mansions and gardens all along the way. Wellington polo is 40 minutes drive.
Overall, my hotel experience was positive. Our suite had several lamps with bulbs not working (not a deal breaker but details do cound...). With the exception of the outdoor café; the food was below par in the Graze and Jove. Exceptionally over-priced for what you get served. After the first day, we went outside the hotel for our meals.

The Perfect Babymoon!

My husband and I had the perfect Babymoon at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach!  The hotel was exactly as we hoped it would be from the online description - beautiful, clean, friendly, perfect location and amazing views.  After a 4 day stay we were so relaxed! The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel like VIP's the whole time we were there.  Everything was incredibly clean, there were fresh flowers around every corner, the staff remembered our names and said hi to us every time we walked by.  I especially enjoyed the service the staff provided of setting up the chaise lounges on the beach or by the pool for guests upon arrival!   I cannot image a better trip, I would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing getaway  to book this hotel.  Thank you so much to the staff who went out of their way to make our Babymoon special!!

Not the Four Seasons I have come to know and love.

I have to say this wasn't the Four Seasons I have come to know and love. It was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. But there were a few things that really caught me off guard i.e. restaurant offerings, pool bar closing at 8 pm when there were a lot of guests sitting around enjoying the sunset, and the concierge showing us a menu to one restaurant but sending us to another - really disappointed upon arrival to find out the menu was TOTALLY different. I also had an appointment at the Spa for a pedicure and wasn't too impressed with it either. I could have done a better job painting my toenails than she did. I do have the say the beach staff was magnificent - very attentive as opposed to the restaurant staff at breakfast as we waited up to 10 minutes each morning before we were asked if we would like coffee. This is one of their smaller properties and clearly has been renovated to be a Four Seasons. Good thing the weather was perfect otherwise we would have checked out early!

This resort was everything we could have expected and then some.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
The hotel staff went above and beyond. The property was perfect for my family. Location and beach was the best. My children loved it.

Superb Service at the Four Seasons

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful get away at the Four Seasons at Palm Beach. The hotel was visually stunning with exoctic orchid arrangements at every turn. Our room's view of the beach and pool was relaxing, private and cozy. The linens and bedding were comfortable and provided us with well rested nights. We took pleasure in the excellent service and especially enjoyed the restaurant meal preparation, outside dining area and remarkable staff. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family!
