Lake Morton Get Away Central Downtown Lakeland

Beautiful 1850+ sq ft historic home located a couple blocks from Lake Morton and downtown Lakeland. This house features 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, laundry room and many other features. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the expanded front porch or chill on the back porch. Large kitchen with in kitchen island seating. The perfect spot for entertaining up to 12 guests. Please note, this house has been completely remodeled and will be a lovely home you will never forget.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for our guests as well as the protection of our properties.

* You must have all guests registered. If 4 people are coming to the home then it needs to be booked for 4 guests, not 2. There is a charge of 15.00 per night per guests over 2. If the correct number of guests are entered during booking then your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after 2 we are able to keep the base rates lower. We have a zero tolerance policy for people who misrepresent the number of guests on there reservation.

* There is a non refundable pet deposit $250.00 per stay. Also, if you have a pet you are responsible for any and all damages to our home.

* We only allow dogs, no cats so please do not ask. Also, we have a lot of breakable items in the house so please keep that in mind. Small dogs are ok.

* If your looking to host an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or any celebration that would involve guests other than those booked please send an inquiry for a custom rate proposal.
