on[y live an hour away in concord nh and averaged 2 times a year to the restaurant that used to be excellent for for lunch for the past 10 years' was surprised to find that they no longer served lunch and that the dinner menu was not to our liking. all was fine with the room except there were no cups or tissues in the room and the humidity was so bad that i couldnt sleep so we lefttat around 4am for home.

The hotel was dirty. It was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. No response from management on the issues.

All of my pillows were too soft for my liking but otherwise the room was very nice. Also, I tried multiple times to retrieve my message (blinking light on the phone) but was never able to do so even after getting guidance from the front desk. I think that system may need some work.
