"Incredible and worth it!"
This resort is absolutely incredible!  As soon as you pull-up you feel valued, cared for, and taken care of.  It is not an inexpensive resort, but it is worth the money for sure.  We loved the close proximity to hiking trails, plus biking and skiing trails in the right seasons!

"Very convenient and close to the action"
We had a 1 bedroom suite. Swear it was a former apartment complex due to the number of closets. It is slightly dated but it clean and we had a ton of room. Staff was helpful when we figured out we were missing a shower curtain. families were using the BBQ's and there were group activities going on but they were not too invasive to our experience. We choose a free bottle of wine to forgo maid service on our second day. They said it was about being 'green' but really it was about labor due the huge number of extra towels they gave us. We will go back!

"Beautiful, clean hotel close to everything"
I was so incredibly pleased with this hotel and was surprised at how much room you got for the price! Location is amazing. Not far at all to get to lake. Parking is fantastic and requires parking pass, so you do not need to worry about finding spaces with non-guests parking. Staff was friendly. Room was impeccably clean and cleaning lady was so friendly and polite. This hotel in in the Olympic Valley and to our surprise, there were all kinds of music festivals going on in the village that were walking distance to get to. There are several places to shop, several restaurants and even a Market (Alice's market) that has almost anything and everything you could want. We were so pleased with this hotel. We stayed in a loft condo. The only complaint (a very tiny one), was that the loft was open on both sides, so there was no privacy with talking downstairs or upstairs without the other people in the condo feeling like they were right next to you. If you are on the same sleep schedule, I don't think this would be a big problem, but something to consider.

"Beautiful resort in a great location!"
This resort is located just a few miles north of Tahoe City. It was very well appointed and perks like the concierge service made it a top-notch experience. We were very pleased with the restaurant selection as well as the shopping right there at the resort. Because the resort isn't right on Lake Tahoe, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have a vehicle at your disposal. The resort is also very close to Truckee to the north, which is a fun little town for shopping and dining. I can't wait to come back to this resort when I visit Lake Tahoe again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice scenery. Refreshing. Beds a little too soft and at times felt lumpy otherwise had a nice time. Definitely worth going back to.

"Close walk to Casino"
Short overnight stay in South Lake Tahoe. The room was a very good value and it was a nice surprise that the hotel room included both a bedroom and adjoining room with sofa bed and TV/ dining area. Fantastic location on the state line...walk out the door and short walk across the street to Casino's. Nice place to stay without the smell of smoke in the air conditioner system.

"Nice Hotel near the Beach and downtown..."
We stayed here over labor day weekend, mainly for the lakefront view and pet friendly factors. At check in we were greated and checked right in Upon arrival, they offered champagne or water, the guys who work the valet station were awesome super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side but had a lovely view which made up for the lack of extra space. We had tons of rafting hiking planned, being outdoors most of our trip the lack of extra space wasn't a huge issue. It was very clean and had unexpected amenities such as heated bathroom floors and toilet seat, free kuerig w/ coffee and tea, and a fire place. We were on the 2nd floor and our balcony which faced the beach was utilized our entire trip. The unexpected con to our stay was the face our small dog (15 lbs shihpoo) was not allowed on the beach, for being a pet friendly hotel they offered nothing really to help accommodate our pup other than a dog treat upon check-in. This was a dissapointment all we could do was walk our dog near the fence of the beach. We ordered room service a few times, the breakfast is amazing, more specifically the leamon ricotta pancakes, we got them two mornings in a row, the food is overpriced. We spent $50 each time we ordered breakfast. The photos of the pool online are deceving, be aware the pool is small and not as private as pictured! All and all we had an amazing trip our stay was nice I just think for what we paid we expected more than recieved.
