The landing was beautiful. Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and the view of the lake was beautiful. Not a negative thing to say about this facility. Thank you and we hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again.

"Great for couples :)"
Pros-Close to amenities. AWESOME mirror placement! ;) Comfy beds. Con- loud pipes or something. Every time someone was showering or had the tub water going, it was really loud in our room. Sounded like an airplane.

"Very convenient and close to the action"
We had a 1 bedroom suite. Swear it was a former apartment complex due to the number of closets. It is slightly dated but it clean and we had a ton of room. Staff was helpful when we figured out we were missing a shower curtain. families were using the BBQ's and there were group activities going on but they were not too invasive to our experience. We choose a free bottle of wine to forgo maid service on our second day. They said it was about being 'green' but really it was about labor due the huge number of extra towels they gave us. We will go back!

Hotel was very old an looked rundown from outside. Inside was dated, but very clean. Hotel was close enough to downtown to walk. We walked to the beach for fireworks.

"Nice facility, however outdated."
We arrived early, and our room was ready, very clean, neat, and staff was extremely pleasant. The only complaint was the temperature in the room, it was very cool with only a very small wall heater to keep warm. The single pane windows added to the difficultly in keeping our room warm. We would stay again, however with the knowledge that the room would be cool.

"Perfect location, clean and friendly."
We were troubled to have to either pay $27.00 a day parking at the hotel and then tip every time we needed our vehicle. The other choice -park about 1 1/2 blocks away at Harrahs Cusino free parking lot, this was our choice after the first night. Although it was inconvenient and a walking distance in dress attire it was suitable. If you wanted your bed made or clean towels you had to give 24 hours notice and pay extra. Unpleasant, the rooms are already pricey

"A few more improvements needed"
This hotel was recently renovated and the rooms and bathrooms look wonderful. Both the room and bathroom were very large! The shower is huge, done in stone and gorgeous. The vanity area is also very large and nice. We were 4 women and were not crowded in the room and bale to have 3 at the vanity at once. The downside, or a few more improvements that could be done.......The pillows were awful! There were 3 on each bed (some with foam filling and some with feather or feather alternative., they were very small (seemed smaller than even standard size, and could be rolled into a little mass. They offered no neck support at all. The mattress were ok, not pillow tops and a bit on the firm side. Other than this the room was nice. In regards to the pool area....Appearance wise it is very nice. It was also large. The water in the pool was too cold for autumn and the room itself was cold (perhaps some heat should be turned on). The Jacuzzi was also large, however there was so much chlorine we could sit in it more than a few minutes before all our eyes were burning. I would stay here again, but bring my own pillows!
