Room 127 had a broken shower head, in which there was no knob to switch the water flow to the taller shower head. The smaller shower head only came up to my chin and that was it. I informed the front desk of this the first night by phone and when I approached the front desk in the morning to ask if they had heard about it, I was told they have heard about it and that the part was on order. So they knew the shower head was broken prior to my check in and they rented the room out at full price anyways. They did offer me another room, but it was a smaller bed room and it would be at the same rate, saying that I would have to go through the travel app that I used to book the room to get a refund of the difference. Other like things, dead bugs in the windowsill, hot foods for breakfast were cold, tiny brown spots/stains on a pillow case, our linen was not changed and bed not made, also, the pool floor/walls looked as of they hadn't been cleaned in a while.
