Parking issue, etc.
Although the info regarding this hotel states parking is available, there is a $10 fee per night (this should have been included). Also, info regarding the hotel is that Hyatt has a policy whereas staff can enter your room within 24 hours (for what I do not know) regardless of a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I asked the front desk about this & was told they know of no such policy. I would like to add though, everyone in housekeeping was very friendly & helpful as well the morning kitchen staff. I can’t really say that about the front desk - need to smile more & greet guests better. They are the first impression that guests have of the hotel. After all, this a hospitality industry. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel.

It’s clean! The staff is amazing. It can just start using using some updates. Walls peeling, moisture, but the beds and couches were very clean and comfortable. The “ kitchenette” was very clean. The bathroom and tub were been but the walls had rust ( not mildew) by the frames.
