We had about 11 families staying here for a sports tournament, we received the best service including a very early game on Sunday the staff put together 20 breakfast to go bag for the team with extras for families. I was staying at this property for a week & I was told they would service the room if I needed. when I asked for service they never showed up. I approached the staff 3 times to ask them to help service the room since my mother was disabled. They still never came to replace towels, take out the trash or replace items that I asked for.

I booked this hotel last minute for 5 days. Our stay was alright, we didnt have any major issues. The only issue I had was that the breakfast staff were using the same tongs for meat, eggs and potatoes. Being vegetarian I was planning on having some potatoes but when i saw that i couldnt eat potatoes. Room was spacious but not carpeted though.
