We have stayed here in the past with no issues but this time things were different. Parking was terrible as all the construction crews have their trucks parked everywhere in the lot. The remodel of the lobby area was very nice. Need to put safety bars in the showers as my husband almost fell getting in and out of it. There were only 2 towel sets in the bathroom so had to be sure to hang them up to dry for use in the morning. I walked around in sock feet in the room and my socks were very dirty so guess the carpet was very dirty. Girls at the front desk were not overly friendly. Don't know if we will stay here again.

Dear guest, On behalf of the Comfort Inn team I would like to apologize for the experience you had. We will look into the safety bars and condition of the floors in the room in which you stayed. Also, we apologize for the parking issue however we were fully booked and the construction crews were guests at the property as they are currently working on the highway in our city. We sure hope you will give us another shot in the future!

PAYMENT

Pros: It's convenient to the location that I'm visiting. Otherwise, I would probably select another hotel, the pickins' are slim.
Cons: Better experienced staff. More professionalism and updated TVs and overall sprucing up of the inside and outside.
Location: Not much of anything.
I PAID THRU TRAVELOCITY, HOWEVER THE HOTEL STILL CHARGED ME, SO I CURRNTLY HAVE A DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN $500 FOR A CHARGE THAT SHOULD ONLY BE $266. SO, I'M WAITING TO RECONCILE WITH MY BANK. BUT, TALKING TO THE STAFF AT RED ROOF, THEY ALWAYS APPEAR CONFUSED AND UNCERTAIN ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
