This property was everything that we hoped for. Our family stayed in Venice, Rome and Lake Como and this was by far everyone's favorite. The staff was friendly, the property was beautiful, it was quiet and we were well taken care of.

Hotel was easy to find, had on site protected parking, all staff was very friendly. Room had beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was amazing. Due to Covid they provided a checklist of breakfast items. I had fried eggs and bacon and both days they were perfect and hot! Walking distance to everything.

Pleasant greetings upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was superb. If the parking lot is full and must park in garage, see staff before. It is an automatic system and only staff has code to get you in and out. We opted out on lake view and was trill with the perfect view if the church! Slippers were a bonus since I prefer not to have carpeted floors.

Everything from the building itself to the location on the lake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The attention to detail and personal service provided by the staff was better than any hotel that we have stayed in within the last 10 years.
