Worse. Horrible. Rude

First off the motel charged my credit card for the room, then booked it to someone else. When we arrived they claimed I never verified check in. But clearly showed staff comfermation email and number and payed. Email stated no further comfimation needed. Staff told me so what those places tell you anything (speaking of travelocity). Also said yes we are charging your card. Refused to contact manager or give me a number to call. Day later called motel back front desk hung up numerous times. Again never giving me manger. Said she was in India.

Needs Work

Pros: The location was great for my purposes and the price was good.
Cons: Could clean the floors better. Could replace old furnishings that are damaged. Fix Smoke Detector.
Location: Places to eat and shop.
I booked a room with king size bed non-smoking. When I arrived the clerk said I had a reservation for a king smoking. I corrected her and said it is for non-smoking she said all they had available was 2 queens non-smoking. I asked if it was the same price that I booked for she said yes, so I took it. The room was on the ground floor which was good. The floor of the room was dirty and sticky. Like it had not been cleaned very well in a long time. The smoke detector was hanging by its wires and not mounted on the wall. I assume it was in working order because there was a light lit on it. The bathroom was clean and the vanity was clean. The handles on the dresser drawers where badly pitted with rust and need replacing. The cabinet for for the refrigerator was damaged and could be replaced. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well.
