All good on checkin, got in room then went to bistro. Asked food to go, brought out as eat there, had to rebox. Meatballs literally too hard to chew, broke plastic knife! On a meatball! Locked out of room with food in hand due to dead batteries in lock. Maintenance guy had to jimmy the door from underneath. Not your best work Mariott.
