This was the first time I used a kiosk for check in. It made the process quick, and was helpful because there was a short line at the reception desk. On that note, I witnessed the reception staff helping an English-language-challenged guest. She was quite patient and accommodating. I dont know her name, but my checkin time was around 430 pm on 3/25.

Kiosk check in. Horrible!! Unable to understand. I told the staff and she just smirked. Other people in the lobby were arguing with the person on the kiosk as no recept etc. she just stood there. No customer service. The tv eas difficult to programs so my husband went down to ask. She just told him she didn’t know.

This hotel had the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve travelled for work for over 30 years. Avg night was close to $250 and there was no maid service on any of our 3 night stay. Morning hot water was scarce and there was a power outage in our part of the hotel for several hours the second morning. Breakfast was slim - no eggs or fresh fruit

Over priced. There wasn’t any towels by the pool. There was not any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. There were yellow stains on the bedding. Asked for another blanket and it was very old any smelt weird. Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. And listened to a dog bark half the night too.

Lack of water pressure, TV control held together with tape, cheap, uncomfortable pillows, a paper bag with an orange, apple juice, and a cheap snack bar. Pathetic, cheap Company operation. I will not book with any hotel affiliated with this bunch.
