I was charged an additional "Amenity Fee" of $26, and was not informed of the fee. It turns out, their "Amenities" were not functioning or available. The ice machine on our floor was not working. The pool was available.

Everything was very clean, check in was simple and efficient and parking a breeze. My only complaint is that after having paid the amenity fee, you would like to see all services available. The hot tub was apparently under maintenance, thus unusable, so that was our only disappointment.
