Location is terrific, central to dtown laguna. Weekends are crazy busy. Rooms are small and outdated, but it kind of goes with the beach vibe. Didn't expect to have to pay $70/day for parking and amenities. Covid catchup? No room cleaning or even an offer to replace towels. Overall was a good stay, may look for something else next time though.

Awesome location right at start of beach area. Within walking distance of lots and lots of restaurants, stores, boardwalk, beach, etc. We only needed one king bed initially. But then our adult son asked to stay a night with us just a half hour before we checked in. The front desk tried to get us a bigger handicapped room for free but couldn’t arrange it then. But they gave us a mattress and sheets, blankets, pillows for him to make a bed. Thst was fine. Then they transferred us the next night and on to the bigger room with a pull out couch. Very nice of them to do that. The hotel is an older restoration but has been maintained well. The rooftop restaurant is plain and not top quality. But that was fine for us. We jut went within walking distance to many other high end restaurants close by. Parking is split between two lots. One in front of the door thst is small and hard to get in and out of since it’s a dead end. One customer got mad that he parked where he wasn’t permitted to at the front door snd didn’t want to move to the lower lot where there was more room. He got rude and cussed out the desk manager. She handled it well and asked him to stay calm. He didn’t and left. He appeared to have been drinking. All in all, we would stay there again. The room had great air conditioning with ceiling fans too. You could make it as cold as you wanted. The beds were very comfortable too. That’s rare to find.
