Speaking for 6 guests

I booked rooms at The Rose for 6 of our managers because we couldn't get everyone into the Hyatt. They grumbled at first at having to stay somewhere unfamiliar but once there they had nothing but praise for the place. What I heard repeatedly from all 6 was that it was so nice and beautiful, they felt guilty for staying there without their wives. All of them loved it and will most definitely stay there on future trips. Some mentioned they will plan vacations so they can take their wives this time. We were really surprised that room rates at The Rose were less than the Hyatt because the rooms and level of service at Rose were so much better. For anyone who isn't familiar with the area, Pleasanton is a great location to stay even if you are actually doing business in Oakland or San Francisco, or even as far down as Salinas because you can travel along hwy 680 and avoid the heavier traffic in the more populated areas.

Favorite hotel and a great getaway!

We come here every year for our anniversary. This by far is our favorite hotel. Love the turndown service! In-room coffee, wine bar and the beautiful bathroom. Thank you.

Great Decor, very clean, felt welcome

Enjoyed my stay. It was my first time but will return. Was traveling on business. Front desk, Bar, hotel manager and friendly and efficient maid service is exceptional.
