It’s impossible to give a fair rating for staff…engineer who changed light bulb for us was very nice but the front desk who checked us out in the morning seemed short tempered when we noticed that we had been charged for parking when we didn’t use it. Had to refund charge and re charge correct amount. I was the one who should have been ill tempered as we needed to get the airport shuttle! The charges were correct , but could have used some patience and understanding when it was the hotel’s fault.
