I do not understand why companies do not put but the very best of employees working the front desk....these staff members are the first impression...needless to say, I had the rudest most unprofessional girl named Alexis to deal with. So unhelpful when a situation with my key came up. She shockingly rude. She ruined the stay with her attitude! Find another hotel! Plenty in the area that have great staff! Like the holiday Inn....

We chose Comfort Suites because they had a hot tub but to our disappointment the water was body temperature at best. How disappointing after a long day.

Great breakfast!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, considerate
It was a very clean place! We are from Denver co and we are accustomed to a very clean environment and so far this place met our standards. Thank you comfort suites
