The property was clean and well maintained, easy to get around. I have come 3 times now and have always enjoyed the place. This time at the Eagle Crest Resort the Spa was not working properly and needed some servicing. They removed the sign for it to be open and the water was just barely warm. The pool was wonderful! Thank you!

The young lady that cheched me in was excellent. The room was clean and the price was fine. It was snowing so I didn't use any of the facilities. The room was rather dated.

Quite, lovely grounds, centrally located, nice beds, larger rooms , a little dated, the rooms could use some new electrical outlets and more lights in the bathroom, but with that said the rates are very reasonable and it feels safe.

We could only stay overnight, but found the property very clean with beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding high desert.

You’ll be spending resort price for motel service. I have always heard amazing things about Eagle Crest and I was excited to spend my anniversary here with my husband and it just was a waste of money and time. Literally nothing is Included and everything costs extra. Drinks are $14 and they are very small. WiFi wouldn’t connect literally our entire stay and when I called the front desk about it because my husband needed to finish some quick work emails they said it’s slow because too many people were on it…. I’ve never had this issue before and have stayed at resorts much much bigger and the issue was the entire weekend. When we entered our hotel room the back door was left wide open and none of our toiletries were restocked and the garbage from the used toiletries from the previous guest were still left out.
