This charming 2-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to six guests. The newly remodeled interior boasts a chef's kitchen and an adjoining dining space, which perfectly complements the expansive entertainer's deck set at the shoreline. The large deck is wonderfully positioned for taking in panoramic views of the coast and watching surfers and sea lions play in the waves; it's also furnished for outdoor dining with additional seating around a gas firepit.
Sliding glass doors connect the outdoor area to the interior living space, which boasts the same incredible views. The living room is furnished with a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and designer furnishings that include a queen sofabed. The primary suite encompasses the entirety of the second floor, offering a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite marble bathroom. The secondary suite is located on the first floor, furnished with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The first floor also includes a full guest bathroom and an in-home washer/dryer.
Other beautiful details and amenities at this oceanfront home include central air-conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, TVs in every room, provided beach gear, and a grill for summer barbecues. Complimentary coffee and cookies provide a warm welcome. There is also ample street parking.
Bird Rock is one of San Diego’s most quaint beach communities. On the south end of La Jolla, it's best known for its beautiful ocean views, independent boutiques, and cozy cafes and restaurants. Bird Rock is an easy drive from SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego, with Seal Beach and La Jolla Village even closer. Enjoy easy walking distance to great coffee, restaurants, shops, and even an urban winery. Surfers access down the street or take a stroll to Calumet Park or Wind ‘n Sea beach.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
