Modern apartment located just 10 minutes walk from downtown La Fortuna, great amenities so you can have an excellent experience during your visit in La Fortuna. It features two bedrooms with A/C and Cable TV, private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi (60 Megabytes), refreshing pool area, washing machine Dryer, living room where you can relax or go to the balcony and have a cold drink sightseeing the beautiful town of La Fortuna.

We have an office in downtown La Fortuna, the name is Home Vacations where we meet our guests for CHECK IN PROCESS and we will provide a quick welcome information about the area, also we have any tour in the area with the best rates.
Once you book our property we will send you a detailed information with everything you need to get here :)

We will be available every day 8 AM to 8 PM for our guests and we have a cellphone number that works 24/7 in case of any issues or any information you need.

The apartment is in a second floor, you must use stairs.

Beautiful Apartment Close to Town with everything you will need!
This apartment was the perfect place to stay and see la fortuna. Was provided with everything I needed and was given lots of info for things to do in town. Place was clean and tidy when we got there. Would definitely stay again!

2nd time at this unit
Stayed in bottom apartment, April, 2023 and top apartment in January, 2024. Comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The pool is a nice feature after a hot day of hiking etc. Location is quiet, about a 10 minute walk to town where you can find anything you need. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. They also book tours at their office which we used both of our trips.

The place is great, very clean and has everything you’d need including laundry with detergent. Air conditioning in each room was nice and the beds were very comfy. The only thing I’d say is that the water temp in the shower is just a littttttle on the chilly side but it’s doable. Location is a 7min walk to the main street/area and there’s also an amazing spot right across the street if you don’t want to walk far. Also Allen at the lobby/office is incredible and helped us with literally anything and everything. He went above and beyond booking us cars, massages, picked up our luggage, etc.

My family and I spent the month of June at Sofi’s beach house. What an amazing experience has this trip been. Sofi’s beach house was perfect for us. The manager Diana was incredible and extremely responsive. Sofi’s beach house is perfectly located in the middle of Jaco, near everything. We will be coming back for sure. We strongly recommend it!

Great home base for exploring La Fortuna
We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring La Fortuna. Location was great - about a 10 minute walk (with kids) to downtown La Fortuna. The house is in a generally quiet neighborhood near the downtown area. We felt very safe walking to and from town both during the day and at night. The property managers were very responsive with any questions on the property or suggestions/help with things to do. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The a/c in the bedrooms did a nice job of cooling the rooms down at night. We had an issue with figuring out how to turn on the hot water but eventually we're able to troubleshoot it; some written instructions in the unit would have been helpful on how and where to do that (the little black box on the bathroom wall). We were out exploring so only used the pool once, but it was clean. Some additional towels would have been nice to have on hand for the pool. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

We had two adults an out two boys (ages 18 & 15). The condo was excellent. We stayed in the upper unit. Pictures were very accurate. The beds were very comfortable. The location was 5-7 minute walk to town. There were several restaurants in walking distance and we always felt safe. The pool was nice with an outdoor patio set. The check in process was smooth. We met Edar, the property manager at their tourist/tour business and we followed him via car to the location. We gave us a quick run down of everything in the unit. He was also able to recommend some activities to do. Definitely check out the La Fortuna water fall. The price was nominal and the view was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the electronic gate into the property was not working from time to time, but they had maintenance out and were working on fixing it, so I doubt it will be an issue long. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend.
