Everything was excellent , very helpful people working there , and a very clean hotel, there's only one thing i don't understand about the hotels in Manizales colombia, Why don't they have Air conditioning?. I understand the weather outside is nice, but theres no air flowing in the rooms, a ceiling fan or something will help...

Best choice in Manizales
Had a great time in hotel. It is a brand new hotel with excelent facility conditions. The thing with them is that space is very reduced for what we are usted for a hotel room. It is very important to have a reservation to avoid unpleasant "No vacancies". For sure I will bak next time in Manizales.

Weekend Visit to Manizales
I am a value customer and the Benidorm hotel is a good value. The shower had plenty of hot water. Yes, the bathroom is small, but not a very big deal to me. There was no air conditioning in the room, but I bring along a table fan ... because many value hotels don't have air conditioning. To walk to the main street, or to the nearest shopping mall, you must walk up a very big hill.... 2 options .... walk up a very large staircase or walk past an area where a number of homeless people live. If you are alone, it is better to take a taxi from the hotel - they are very inexpensive. I don't think that the hotel staff spoke english. But I had a translator (person) with me.
