Front end desk employee Ana was extremely rude. Ana would not let me finish speaking before assuming what I needed. She didn’t proceeded to snatch my phone out of my hand and hand it to another employee until the employee explain it to me. Crazy and disrespectful situation. On another day during our 10 day visit. We experienced discrimination and preferential treatment when our party of three arrived to get a table and we’re told no more tables were available, then watched other people get tables. I followed up and was able to get a table, then while dining was harassed and verbally disrespected by the door man Juanito Vivebien at the Habachi restaurant. Other than that other staff was very happy, pleasant and helpful. Ana and Juanito are very disrespectful and discriminatory.
