The hotel is beautiful, the food is good (a bit overpriced for what it is), the beach is stunning and the service is amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay for 2 nights when I was there and was impressed by the quality and the service. The only unfortunate incident for me was after check out, as I accidentally left my charger plugged in next to the bed. When I called the hotel to let them know exactly where it was plugged in and arrange a pick up, they replied there was nothing in the room and that it was empty. I asked for them to speak to cleaning staff as I knew where I left it and the reply was that cleaning staff didnt find anything and there were other guests in the room now. Anyway, good reminder to not leave things behind in the room no matter where you stay. Other than that, the stay really was absolutely amazing and the staff was also wonderful.

Just came back from a one week stay at this property. We stayed in the four bedroom villa (917) and we had the most pleasant stay ever. We would like to give a special thank you to Wawan and Ari for their exceptional service during our stay! They were truly AMAZING. The hotel itself is stunning and beautiful. There is so much to do and so many little details to this resort that makes it that much more beautiful.

This resort is complete luxury . The food excellent the facilities incredible . It is a beautiful resort . The gardens are so tranquil. The staff are all very helpful and friendly . We did have a little problem initially with noise from building works and some other guests crashing their drone on our roof despite a no drone policy . However management upgraded us to the most amazing villa as an apology so peace was restored and I could not only meditate and enjoy the lovely garden but it made our 30th wedding anniversary extra special because the Villa was beyond luxurious . We were treated like royalty and I am very grateful for a truly wonderful stay . A big thank you for spoiling us !! 🙏😊💗
