Dirty outside of place, cold in room even with heater on, daylight through the door., 2 little heaters didnt work, fireplace falling apart, lights over bed not working, and star lights either,cob webs through out the place.bathroom fan loudddd, mirrors dirty, shower heads disgusting,

The room was nice. But soda at dinner made me sick. Salad bar was not fresh. No fun activities. No one to take pictures. Not being considered a forever lover anymore was disappointing.

We made the best of it. Room wasn't very clean. The in room pool was dirty. The floors were dirty. We had ants. The toilet was leaking water from the back and side. When someone came to fix it all they did was place a towel behind the tank

The room was not up to standard.. it smelled like smoke the pool was stained and the sauna had spider webs and the the hot tub was dirty
