Firstly, they partner with a parking garage, which is usually great. Except the address for the garage we were given was not the correct location they’re actually partnered with. So once I went to go pick up my car after checkout, I was charged more than I was anticipating. It’s a very simple hotel in itself. They currently do not offer any sort of bar or restaurant as it’s currently under development- so no room service. Elevator is pretty old, so it takes awhile to get to your floor if you’re on one of the higher floors. Once in the room, it feels more like a small studio apartment with no kitchen than a hotel- which we didn’t mind. Mattress is INCREDIBLE. Bathroom is decent size, no issues with water temperature or pressure. Room itself was clean, despite its age. Only a small closet for hanging clothes. TV is mounted on the wall, and you can login to Netflix, but the brightness isn’t adjustable, and it seemed a bit dim at night. Window in the room is very small, but the shutters block out almost all light, and despite typical NY sounds, the room is surprisingly quiet. Front desk was helpful the 2 times I called them. AC/heat is a single unit above the window controlled by a remote. We tested out both, and they worked great, especially since the room was pretty small. Overall, we had a decent stay. Pretty much just the basics. Just be mindful of parking if you plan on driving.

There was long hair on the floor, bathtub, and closet of my room. The coffee is terrible. The room is nicely designed and pretty large for NYC. It seems like the staff needs training or better management.

Likes: *very clean *very friendly and helpful *quit *great location Dislikes: *rooms kind of small *if your looking for fancy it’s not, old NYC boutique *2 comp drinks for the bar thats never open *Hallway at the ends dark Over all, yes I would definitely stay there again!

Very disappointing for the price. It was not advertised that the restaurant and bar have been shut down making the lobby feel deserted and neglected . The rooms were very clean but spare. I won't be staying again.

No hot water though we told the desk about it twice. No bureau in the room so no place to put things that didn't require hangers. VERY noisy heating unit. Not worth the price.
