Had a reservation. Am a hotel award member. Waited in line to check in. After reaching the front of the line still took about 10 minutes to check in. The person in front of us asked about his room and the check in person didn’t “know about each room” so couldn’t answer if it the room was two rooms or just one… Got to the room. Carpet had not been vacuumed well - dead moth along wall, popcorn pieces along wall. Not hidden behind furniture but right along dresser. Towels had not been replenished. Bed was very sloppily made. Grout not clean in bathroom. Very disappointing for a Hampton.

Clean hotel with an easy check in. Plenty of parking and located close to plenty of restaurants. We were just there for one night as we traveled. Only issue was you could hear everyone that went by the room.

This hotel is in dire need of upgrades: tub floor actually discolored, even black in areas; lack necessary plug-ins for electronic devices.

In need of refurb. Not a typical Hampton. Just seem worn out. My room’s door didn’t close on its own. Had to pull shut, whenever I left or returned. Had difficulty in checking in, system or internet was down. No major issues, just a lot of little things. Previous trip to Bardstown, I stayed at the Fairfield down the street, tried to save a few $, won’t make that mistake again.
