The staff were super friendly and sweet, but the facility itself is old and in need of deep cleaning and repair. Our smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling, there were several baby spiders in our room, and the sheets on the bed were so threadbare you could see your hand through them.

The first room the bedding was dirty and hair still in the bed. The second room was not as bad, but still real dirty with stains on the bedding.

Found bedspreads dirty. Carpet had old olives pieces and coffee beans on it. Employees were Olive slices and coffee beans on carpet. Dirty bed spreads.No breakfast as advertised. No aaa, or arp discounts. Not a smoking motel...but zillions of cigarette butts every were out side on the ground. Employees were friendly and courteous. Location was good...but don’t plan on a return.

Thank you for the review. We will address the items you mentioned immediately. Inside the hotel and in the rooms are non-smoking as we are no smoking hotel. People who do smoke smoke outside as we cannot control what happens outside.

I thought all the staff working there were super friendly and kind. It's not their fault at all that I didn't think the motel was up to par. ... I thought the condition of the motel was rundown, old, and dirty.

This hotel is not handicap friendly they refused to put me on the third floor and then when i didnt have proper ID they flat ripped me off charging me for the room and saying I was a no show travelocity was no help either getting me a refund you don’t treat disabled people like this. Will be contacting the better business for both parties involved in booking and stealing my money

Was easy to get to, all staff helpful. The first room we found the sink won’t drain, so we were moved to the next room which was an upgrade.

Toilet was broken in first room. Moved to a different room and found a bed bug. Moved to another room and found another bed bug. Staff acted like they didn’t care. Asked for a refund and left.
