There are 3 floors and no elevator in this hotel and unfortunately I did not find out until we had travel hundreds of miles to get there. My sister is unable to climb stairs and they finally gave us a room with one bed and a roll away on a lower floor for one night. I had paid for a double room yet I still had to pay for the roll away and then had to pay early cancellation fees on top of that. I should not have had to pay for the roll away since I had already paid for TWO beds. The whole incident was ridiculous.

Tiny room.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: More information from Travelocity before booking.
Location: Good choice of places to eat around this hotel.
The room was to small for three people, one of which was disable with a walker. There was no elevator and no rooms on the first floor with two beds. The "hot" breakfast was not available due to renovations and the front desk person shredded out sign in papers so I had to go down and do them again. Not my best hotel stay.
