It was clean. But, our first interaction with a girl named Alex was such a put off I wanted to call the manager on the spot. We walked in and she was complaining about something to another co-worker. She never acknowledged us for about 8 minutes. Then we asked if we could get out rooms. She immediately replied they won't be ready until 3. We said we had a graduation to be at at 3. She went on about how she knows how we feel she missed walking through her graduation too. I said can you check to see, she said they won't be ready till 3. So we changed our clothes in the hotel bathroom. We came back out and I was going to ask if we could just place our luggage in the room and there was a sign on the counter saying they went to help a customer they'd be back shortly. I sat at the counter 15 min. Finally another woman in jeans came out from a back office she said can I help you. I said we just want to know if we can put our luggage in the room. She said oh please give me a minute and let me see if your rooms are ready. In the mean time Alex finally came back and asked what we needed and I said we wanted to put our luggage in the room. Then the other woman appeared again and said your rooms have been ready for about 30 min now. I said thank you so much for at least checking. Alex looked at us and said that's what I just went to do. I said you may have but you didn't come back and tell us they were ready you let us sit here. RIDICULOUS

its small town hotel

Pros: internet was fast
Cons: clean the pool put mini fridge in room
Location: EIU college.15 minutes away hotel is right off major highway walmart is across the street..good location
check in was a breeze.didnt use a wake up call service .bed and pillow were superior as expected. no fridge in room, microwave in lobby pool was dirty no Jacuzzi. restaurants walking distance.highway 5 minutes away.in room TV was small.overall just OK

A very clean, comfortable stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, very clean
I didn't realize I had booked a room without a fridge, and the staff promptly put one in my room before I even brought in my luggage. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific, and we would definitely stay there again. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly

Overall the stay was fine, hotel staff very friendly, bed comfortable, breakfast good. But overall room was drab sort of old looking but since we were just staying one night not a bid deal. Would not want to stay several night.
