Rare Jem in Key West

What a great property this is! Great location, the staff is professional and goes put of their way to make your stay memorable! Great bar, they make some really great speciality cocktails! The best part is the pool, unbelievable! I highly recommend The Saint!

2nd visit to the saint

Hotel is convenient to the fun bars. Nice central location Great staff, Tom, niki, and John added to the charm. Will stay there again.

Not what was advertized

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Having things provided that were supposed to be and put regular lighting in the room.
Location: It was only a few blocks from Mallory Square and one of the entrances was on Duvall St.
The room at The Saint Hotel was all right but the only lighting in the room was a blue light around the top of the walls. There was a tiny reading light on each side of the bed but with no other lighting it made it difficult to see much. The shower head had varied colored lights that flashed while the shower was running which made it strange and although the hotel said breakfast was provided it was not. They said the kitchen was being remodeled, (which we never saw nor heard any evidence of), and they refunded the $25/day resort fee but buying breakfast out everyday was much more expensive than that. All in all I would not go back to this hotel.
