1st room had a broken overhead light and no electricity. 2nd room had a broken window. Breakfast was no good. Found dirty

There for 3 nights, never got fresh towels or change of sheets. Breakfast is days old bananas, croissants, and prepackaged junk food. No napkins, no silverware, no cleaning of tables. Very bad experience.

The overall room was nice but there were food crumbs on the couch and there was food left on the floor by the side of the bed.

This is the second comfort suites I’ve stayed in in the last world months. I will not stay at a comfort suites. Carpets were filthy in the hallways, the rooms were ok. The trim on the door to the bath room was falling off. One wash cloth. No cups for coffee and the room smells musty. Service was terrible.

It could have been better. Pool was closed no hot breakfast even though when I booked the room these things were offered.

I called ahead and asked for an early check-in (standard check-in time is 3 pm). The front desk person (a male) I spoke with said I could come at 1:30 pm. I arrived at 1:50 pm. There was no one staffing the front desk. There was a sign with a phone number to call to obtain service. I called it and it range multiple times with no answer. After a minute I tried it again. It was answered promptly but the person (a female) refused to allow me to check in early and implied I was lying about what I had been told about checking in at 1:30 pm. I checked with another nearby hotel and they were willing to accommodate an early check in, so I went there.
