When I arrived at the property you couldn’t even pull in to access the valet parking. I had to park two blocks away and make a few trips to my car to get my belongings to the hotel. Then after checking in I found that they changed my reservation from 2 Queen beds to a king and sofa bed room. When I brought it to the front desk agent’s attention she stated there was nothing that she could do and then berated me for using a 3rd party to book my room. Also the clock in the room and the tv both had the wrong time and there was no way to change it.
