Stayed there because I had dogs with me for Christmas trip. Asked to be away from doors or elevators to prevent the dogs from barking at noises. Instead they put me next to the door, beside the elevator and the stairs. The smoking area was right outside my window so at 12:30 am there are 5 guys laughing and talking outside my window. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. I had to call the hotel to have them leave. When I brought up my concerns with the staff the next day, they couldn’t care less and just said. Sorry about that. Rooms are small, only thing is very clean. Restaurant is very good, friendly and tasty meals.
