We take bedbug claims very seriously. We had professionals come in to look at your room since we could not find any. They confirmed there was no trace of bedbugs in your room. We appreciate you speaking up just in case.

The web site indicated inside pool. That was the reason this hotel was picked. We had traveled 10 hours and we were ready for swimming. The pool was closed 7 days ago because of health issues. I would have secured a different hotel had I known.

I was disappointed that because I made the reservation through travelocity that we were out in the most inconvenient room, 3rd floor in front of the loud elevator door. I asked if she had anything in the first floor but said travelocity wouldn't let her change it.

Everything was fine until I tried to take a shower. Bathtub floor is dangerously slippery. Had to lay a towel in the bottom of tub to be able to stand up.

Oh my goodness, Harland! My sincere apology that your bathtub floor was so slippery! The Country Inn & Suites Kearney has treated them all with the "Slip Doctors" product but we do have bathmats available upon request (and might even start putting them in each room)! We want all of our valued guests to have a safe, enjoyable stay! :o)
