We have stayed at this hotel the last 3 years- very convenient location, decent price, clean, and a lovely outdoor pool- which we love to use. This past trip the pool was closed- the person at check-in apologized but said "that info is on the website". I checked- no mention of the closure. In fact on the hotel website they state "enjoy the pool". Shouldn't i receive a discount?

I chose this property because it was 5 minutes from my brother's house where we were celebrating Thanksgiving. I was charged $5.00 more per day than what I committed to when I paid for the reservations online through Travelocity. The hotel staff said I had to take it up with Travelocity. This isn't good business. As a consumer, it makes me aware that what is quoted online, is not necessarily the truth. I won't be using this website again.
