Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, medium size fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach, bath towels and beach chairs. Lanai area has table and chairs. You have access to pool/Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Parking can be challenging, especially at night when you come back from activities, but with this rental you don't have to worry as you have a RESERVED parking spot #214 right by your vacation rental, this is really awesome and adds value to this location and unit! Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class St. Regis Resort. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset. This path boasts stunning views of mountains with cascading waterfalls, a world class golf course, breathtaking sunsets, access to a public beach and whale watching.
The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Sandpiper Village and it features restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and plenty of shopping.

Great location
We like staying in Princeville, then going west around Hanalei and east around Kilauea for dinner, beaches and such. The unit is a nice size, great king bed w good linens, and stocked w basics for 'kitchenette', including a nice size fridge. Nice lanai and nice tiled bathroom. Drawbacks were moldy shower curtain and somewhat older carpet. Air-conditioner works well.

We ended up moving out and staying somewhere else as the mold was terrible there. We kept getting headaches every time we came back after the day trips. There was mold on the shower curtains, in the carpet around fridge, etc. The carpet was old and filthy. The freezer had almost two inches of ice buildup and was dirty. There isn’t a kitchen at the place unlike when it was marked under amenities. No kitchen sink or dining table. It was not possible to prepare food before using the grill. On the lanai there’s like 20 surf boards which was tacky. So bummed that this caused us to pack up and find a different place. This place should be reported to the health department!

Very nice condo, close to dining and within a few minutes of some great beaches. Parking was right outside the unit; everything was just as listed and our stay was great, without a single problem. The “classic” surfboards above the lanai were awesome!

Honestly, we were very shocked at the condition of the property; we were very disappointed. The room was not as shown in the photo. The carpet was so very dirty and strained. The room smelled horrible, and there was no soap at all. While the pillows and bed were comfortable, the bedspread did not smell clean, and there were several stains on the bed skirt. I was overall very disappointed with the room, especially for the price we paid. I am not one to leave a bad review, and honestly don't think I ever have, but some small improvements like new carpet or flooring, having clean linens, and some soap would help make this place go a long way.

The room was clean and it was a decent amount of space for us as we didn’t spend much time in our unit. Our only real complaint was that we had to fix our A/C unit while we were there because the hose was so badly broken that it was blowing very hot air back into the room. We ended up having to buy tape and a pliers to fix the hose enough so it would actually cool the room to a comfortable temperature. We got a notice on our door during the stay stating that people would be coming into our room one of the days that we had rented the room for to do a termite inspection. That made us very uncomfortable. We decided to just always have our belongings packed up and locked in our luggage when we were away. That was very fortunate because we didn’t get to feel very comfortable about our rental while we were away from it.
