Check-in was quick and painless; just how I like it to be! We had a great room on a high floor and away from the elevators- another plus. Room seemed to be very clean. Hotel is in a great area close to so many good restaurants and shopping. Breakfast the next morning was good with a lot of options.

Location is great, front desk not to friendly forgot my husband jacket in room closet, called when I noticed, front desk guy David told me that he can't find anything and that the room haven't been cleaned, asked me to call the following morning, we'll see. David guy very rude, practically scream at me telling me that he couldn't find anything and that I need to call back.
