Overall, Hotel Shambala is a nice hotel with a roof top infinity pool. Staff was polite and pleasing. Room was clean and as pictured. For American Tourists, this hotel is located in close proximity to the American Embassy. I have only 2 concerns with this hotel. 1. My room door didn't close with ease and needed extra effort to close. I came back to my room after a days outing and although the door appeared closed, I was able to gently push the door open. Essentially the latch didn't release into the door jam. 2. When arranging my transport to the airport, I was informed there was a $20 cost. I showed them my paperwork that transport was included and they agreed. So beware of your hotel plans and bring documentation with you.
