Great Experience!
The hotel and the room were absolutely lovely, and we had a great time! We got a balcony room with beautiful view over the city. Only downside was on the weekend, there was a lot of noise from the street. Other than that, really a great experience, definitely recommended.

This was a bad couple of incidents, firstly on arrival I was informed that there would be no water available at the hotel in the morning from 8am> I appreciate things can go wrong, but they had known for 3 hours this would be the case, and had they contacted me to let me know, I would have made alternative plans. Secondly when I got to my room to freshen up before dinner, I reached for the hand towel in the bathroom to dry my face only to find that it was already damp - I don't want to think why, but it was an unpleasant experience. That being said the staff I encountered were all pleasant, the bar service excellent and the breakfast very good.

Rooms are nice, very convenient location. The gym was a huge win, most hotel gyms are pathetic but this gym has equipment, free weights and cardio machines and they actually all work! Sadly the sauna wasn’t open which was a big selling point for my husband and I but the gym and great breakfast made up for it!
