Good but needs improvement
An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness.
Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead.
There's a good Korean restaurant right next door.
It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas.
Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though.
First, the staff told me that my reservation excludes breakfast, after thorough checking by receptionist, my reservation did inclusive of breakfast. The restaurant staff did not even apologize. Secondly, there were not much buffet spreads, most guests requested for instant noodles and omelettes cos those were the only hot food available upon request. This is my first time having instant noodles as breakfast :P
