This luxury holiday home is located in the newly built holiday home area OstseeResort Olpenitz on a large lawn. The location of the house offers the ideal starting point for excursions in the near and far, as well as in the beautiful nature of Schleswig-Holstein with the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
The property offers the little holidaymakers the opportunity to romp to their heart's content. A swing, a sandpit and a trampoline are also available on the opposite side of the house for enjoyable games. Meanwhile, the big vacationers on the terrace can make themselves comfortable and enjoy the wonderful fresh air and the warm sunshine. The whole family can relax while having a barbecue together.

Inside the house a bright and friendly atmosphere is created by a stylish and modern decor. The highlight is certainly the bathing area with the 20 m² swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps. A sauna and a whirlpool complete the wellness experience. If you need a little more action, you can spend yourself in the activity room to your heart's content. Billiards, table tennis, darts and table football as well as a game console provide the perfect opportunity.

The central focal point of the house is the combined living and dining area, which invites with its sofa corner including oven and TV to relaxing hours. The spacious dining table invites amusing players and thanks to the XL features in the modern, open kitchen, you can conjure up all sorts of delicacies for the large group in an instant.
After long excursions you can sleep extensively in the 8 bedrooms. The bedrooms, divided into 3 areas, each have a separate bathroom and thus guarantee privacy for the holiday guests. The open loft (Hems) also offers 4 more sleeping options that are best used by children.

The gable roof house is carpet-free, the sanitary areas are tiled, otherwise a high-quality wooden floor was processed (the photos are currently demo images) and is not rented to youth groups. In this house you will be personally received, instructed and your evt. Questions are answered. The resort's supermarket will open in 2019 as this area is currently under construction.
