Check in took 2 minutes, Very clean room, comfortable mattress and nice pillows. Good coffee, vanity/sink separate from toilet/shower.

Always Helpful

Pros: Cleanliness, Friendliness of staff, comfort of room.
Cons: bar to stay open later, and free breakfast instead of pay by item
Location: The location is right across the street from the Melbourne Mall so there are plenty of restaurants and shops near, also close to hospital.
My husband and I have stayed here many times. We really enjoy this hotel and try to book it whenever possible. The price is almost always less then we would expect it to be. The staff is always helpful and friendly. My husband always wants oranges and the nighttime desk clerk is always willing to see if there is any left over in the kitchen because my husband always seems to want them late at night. My mother-in-law has been in the hospital and the hotel has always been so accommodating to us and it has much easier for us in this sad time in our lives

Good location for local shopping. Quaint downtown

Pros: Friendly and convenient. Right off state road I 95
Location: Quaint downtown shopping and pubs close by. Mall nearby also
Needed a one night stay at an top rated local inn. Excellent experience all around.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Marketplace area, lobby, convenient location
Cons: bed could be more comfortable- it was too firm.
Location: across from mall and many restaurants. Great location central to the city
Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Bed was a bit too firm, but otherwise room was comfortable.

Went to Melbourne for wedding

Pros: Just about everything
Cons: Food availability was somewhat limited, but with plenty restaurants nearby, this was not a problem.
Location: The hotel was pretty much in the center of local attractions with ease of access to surrounding areas.
We had booked a larger hotel on the beach but when plans changed this hotel was recommended as an alternate. So glad we changed to this hotel. Happily surprised to stay in a place that was so well kept up. The place was VERY clean especially the bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows, great HD tv reception. The price for this quality was really nice. Did'nt want to check out.
