Hotel is great. Staff has been amazing. I will say though the pool does need cleaned. Kind of a bummer that the hot tub is out of service. Also the pool is a lot cooler than expected. Room is very clean and organized.

great place to stay in the Bloomington area, convenient to I-69 access, good pool, hot tube and work out room available. Good breakfast and evening happy hour for those that enjoy a glass of beer or wine.

The room was set up a little different than advertised but still pleasing nonetheless. The bed as with many hotels was a bit sunken but the extra pillows provided relief for my bad back. Shout out to the staff. I left my jewelry bag that I had tucked away. I called immediately upon remembering which was when I was at the airport; I was panicked. Today, I am extremely happy as I received my package and ALL contents were enclosed. Several of these items were personal family keepsakes and two items had value near $2k

Homewood Suites never disappoints.

Cons: Parking at the Homewood Suites at 1399 Liberty Dr, Bloomington Indiana
I always enjoy staying at the Homewood Suites they have large comfortable rooms with kitchens. The hotel is very update and they have a great breakfast selection. However, at this particular location at 1399 Liberty Drive Bloomington, IN. they do not have enough parking! After 11pm, there is no place to park. I asked the front desk what to do about it and they told me to park on the side of the road that led to the back of the building. This is not the answer! I will continue to stay at the Homewood suites but not at this location.

Excellent value

Pros: Everything was as advertised and the breakfast area, food and service was tops!
Cons: I saw wall paper peeling in small spots in the hallway around the elevator. It took away the feeling of perfection.
Location: The hotel is near shopping and the University
This hotel is well equipped, well staffed, clean, and offers a great breakfast all at a great low price for the area. What more would you need?

Okay for a hilton

Good location to Bloomington. The staff was nice. Rooms and furniture were a little dated but clean. Pool bottom looked like it needed a cleaning but water was clear. Don't go for the breakfast, but my wife said all hotel food is the same.

great place, will go again

Pros: nice property
Cons: breakfast food. While mostly scratch-prepared it was mostly flavorless and very carb-centric.
Location: Obscure location near a Menard's and a car dealership.
We had a suite and it was great. Two queen beds and a kitchen. comfortable, clean and a great experience.

Nice hotel but they need to work on the housekeeping.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, not too far from campus. about 10 minutes
Front desk service was wonderful. After a very long day of travel Adam was great about getting us into our room early. He was very helpful throughout the weekend. The hotel appears to be fairly new,and is very warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were Christmas and new. Overall it would've been an excellent experience for the money, except for the housekeeping. Housekeeping did not change the shampoos from the last guest. The night tables were dirty and dusty. In our kitchenette there was a coffee maker and coffee but no sugar or creamer, only salt-and-pepper. And in the common dining area downstairs, a pizza box and a cracker box were left on the floor next to the trash throughout the whole weekend without being cleaned up. Overall, Correcting a lazy housekeeping staff should be a pretty easy fix.
