Room location was good but room did not have hot water in the shower so I had to take cold showers everyday. Food was ok but I just expected better. Emely in the restaurant and Santos at the bar were amazing and made the trip worth it but I don’t think I’d book again at this place.

Most of the staff were awesome. Dining was great. They take great pains to keep the resort clean. What i didn't like was the entertainment staff has very little interaction with the guests. They don't greet you or talk to you.

The sofas' cushions at waiting area have stains and look nasty, the bathrooms near by are not well-maintained, it looks tired and needs a refreshing. This area is the first impression but is neglected. The room was a good size and clean. However, my first night, the bed squeezed every move I made because they did not put any screws to secure the slates. It got fixed after we complained. It should not have happened if they are well managed. The food is edible but nothing much to say there. Please stop serving Chinese and Thai cuisine because it's nasty. Who chill red wine? If you cannot afford good and drinkable wine, just service water. Why bother with Mimosa if you can make a good one? If you want the beach and clean room, book this place. Otherwise, avoid it.

I highly recommend it, the staff were very attentive, my room was clean and fresh I really enjoy my stay there, the food exceeds my expectations so many choices, it was fresh and delicious! Will definitely stay there again.

Room was dirty. Full bed instead king bed as reserved. They said king beds depends on availability. Air conditioner and tv not working. Food and drinks limited. Only one restaurant per night with limited spots. Transportation is very limited in this zone. Don't take an uber! Never! They will try to charge you twice the app prince or will ask for money for gas or toll.

They need to improve their readiness for large number of guests and holiday weekends. They were clearly understaffed and had no idea how to manage a large number of check-in's. It took our group 3 hours to get to our room.

I came down early to set up my shuttle so I set up my ride and they wouldn't let me return to my room had to sit in the lobby for 4 hours even though check out wasn't for hours made no sense I just wanted to sit in the ac I paid for??, Everything else was so good but they want to be done with you as soon as possible
